What if I don’t receive a rebate or a coupon that I thought I should have?
If you think you did not receive a rebate or a coupon, please make sure that you:
- Made the purchase through your BestRebateBuy account;
- Used the link within BestRebateBuy or RebateInformer to make your purchase; and
- If you used a coupon, you entered the coupon code provided by BestRebateBuy at time of checkout.

If you still believe there is an unresolved issue, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase and inquire. If you are unsuccessful, contact BestRebateBuy Customer Service.
